Terms of Service

The binding agreement that governs QUELSUITE service access, usage, and user responsibilities.

< Chapter 1 General Provisions > **Article 1 (Purpose)** These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Snake Steak Inc. (“Company”) and members using the QUELSUITE service (“Service”). **Article 2 (Definitions)** 1. “Service” means the QUELSUITE AI image-creation service. 2. “Paid Service” means any portion that requires payment or acceptance of separate commercial terms. 3. “User” includes both members and non-members. 4. “Member” is a person who enters into a service contract and has an account; “Non-member” is anyone else; “Paid Member” uses paid services. 5. Terms not defined herein follow relevant laws or common practices. **Article 3 (Posting and Amendment)** These Terms, the Company’s name, representative, business registration number, and contact details are posted on the Service home page. The Company may amend the Terms within the limits of applicable laws and will announce changes with effective dates in advance. Users who do not agree may terminate the contract; otherwise, continued use constitutes acceptance. **Article 4 (Interpretation)** If separate operating policies or individual agreements conflict with these Terms, the individual terms prevail. Matters not stipulated herein follow relevant laws and customs. **Article 5 (Formation of Contract)** 1. A service contract is concluded when an applicant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and the Company approves the request. 2. The Company may refuse or defer applications for reasons such as loss of membership due to prior violations, false information, minors without legal guardian consent, or technical constraints. 3. Members may be categorized and provided with differentiated usage limits according to policy. **Article 6 (Provision of User Information)** Users must provide sincere information, including e-mail and name, and undergo identity verification when necessary. Use of another person’s identity will result in deletion and may incur legal penalties. **Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)** The Company protects user data according to relevant laws and its Privacy Policy, available on the website. **Article 8 (Accounts and Passwords)** Members must manage their ID and password securely and are responsible for any consequences caused by negligence. Sharing or lending accounts is prohibited. **Article 9 (Notices to Members)** The Company may notify members via their registered e-mail, in-service notifications, SMS, or pop-ups. Important announcements may also be posted on the website. **Article 10 (Service Hours and Suspension)** Services are generally provided 24/7, but may be interrupted due to maintenance, replacement, or network failures. The Company will notify members when possible. **Article 11 (Service Content and Changes)** The Company may modify service content to improve performance or for operational reasons and will notify users of significant changes. **Article 12 (Information and Advertising)** The Company may show advertisements or send marketing messages with consent. Users may opt-out except for legally required communications. **Article 13 (Intellectual Property)** All intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or licensor unless otherwise specified. Users must obtain separate permission to use assets outside the scope of provided licenses. **Article 14 (Termination by Member)** Members may terminate the contract at any time via the withdrawal function or by contacting support. Paid service refunds follow Article 20. **Article 15 (Usage Restrictions)** The Company may restrict access or terminate accounts when users violate laws or these Terms, engage in illegal acts, interfere with operations, or harm others’ rights. **Article 16 (Prohibition of Abuse)** Members shall not engage in actions such as copying, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or resale of the Service without consent. **Article 17 (Paid Service Contract)** Paid services are provided when members agree to pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods presented on the checkout screen. The Company may require additional identity verification. **Article 18 (Plan Changes)** Members may change subscription plans through the account page, and new fees apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. **Article 19 (Payment Methods)** Payments may be made using the methods supported by the Company (credit card, virtual account, etc.). Failure to pay grants the Company the right to suspend the service. **Article 20 (Cancellation, Refunds, and Stopping Recurring Billing)** 1. Members may withdraw from paid services within 7 days if no content was used; when usage occurred, refunds are prorated or limited pursuant to applicable laws. 2. Recurring billing can be stopped via account settings or customer support before the renewal date. 3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required. **Article 21 (Changes to Paid Services)** The Company may change inclusions, prices, or technologies of paid services and will announce material changes at least 30 days in advance. **Article 22 (Overpayment)** If an overcharge occurs, the Company will refund the excess amount immediately. Fees caused by member fault may be borne by the member. **Article 23 (Minimum System Requirements)** Members must meet the minimum hardware, software, and network requirements published by the Company. Failing to meet the requirements may limit access. **Article 24 (Company Obligations)** The Company will provide the Service in a stable manner, respond to user suggestions in good faith, and follow relevant laws regarding personal data and security. **Article 25 (Member Obligations)** Members must comply with laws and these Terms, refrain from infringing third-party rights, and avoid uploading harmful content, disseminating malware, or interfering with operations. **Article 26 (Damages)** Members causing damages to the Company through intent or negligence shall compensate the Company. If multiple members jointly cause damage, they are jointly and severally liable. **Article 27 (Limitation of Liability)** The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, unavoidable maintenance, user negligence, or third-party network failures, and does not guarantee specific creative results. **Article 28 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court unless otherwise mandated. Supplementary provision: Effective 11 November 2025.
